## What we see in Scottsdale pools

Scottsdale pools have a few things in common.

- **More equipment to look after**: A lot of pools here come with a spa, a heater, water features or an automation system. We check all of it each visit, not just the water.
- **Gated and HOA communities**: Many neighborhoods are gated or run by an HOA. We’ll set up gate access with you when service starts, and work within your community’s rules.
- **Only here part of the year?**: We keep the pool running while you’re away. You get a text and a report with photos after every visit, wherever you are.
- **Hard water**: Scottsdale’s water is hard like the rest of the Valley, so calcium builds up on the tile line. Balanced water slows it down, and we can clean off what’s already there.

## What we do in Scottsdale

Everything from weekly service to fixing the spa heater, for homes all over Scottsdale.

- [**Tile and calcium cleaning**The white scale Phoenix water leaves on the waterline, taken off the tile without scratching it or the grout.](https://methodpoolco.com/services/#tile)

## Questions from Scottsdale homeowners

**Do you come out to Scottsdale every week?**

Yes. Scottsdale is part of our regular service area, so weekly service here works the same as anywhere else we go.

**Can you get into gated communities?**

Yes, as long as we have access. We’ll go over gate codes and HOA rules when we set up your service, not through the website.

**Can you look after my pool while I’m away for the summer?**

Yes. Weekly service keeps going while you’re gone, and every visit ends with a text and a report with photos, so you can check on the pool from anywhere.
