# SMS terms

## What you’ll receive

When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Method Pool Co. sends text messages about your request and your service: replies to your questions and quote requests, appointment and on-the-way notices, service reports, and account notices such as invoices.

## How often

Message frequency varies with your service and your requests. Customers on weekly service typically receive a few messages on each service day.

## Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

## Stopping and help

Reply **STOP** to any message to stop receiving texts. You’ll get one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed. Reply **START** to sign up again. Reply **HELP** for help, or contact Method Pool Co., support@methodpoolco.com, (623) 451-4467.

## Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

## Privacy
