This policy explains what Method Pool Co. collects when you use this website or our service, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us through a form, text, call or email: your name, phone number, email, address or cross streets, and details about your pool.
- For customers: your service address, visit records (readings, notes and photos of the pool and equipment), invoices and payment records.
- Basic technical data when you visit the site, such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider uses to deliver the site and block abuse.
How we use it
- To answer your request, give you a quote and schedule service.
- To provide service: on-the-way texts, service reports, invoices and account notices.
- To keep the site and its forms free of spam and abuse.
We don’t sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run the business, such as our customer management and messaging software, payment processor and website host, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is sending the form. Cloudflare’s handling of that check is covered by its own privacy policy.
Text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages. See our SMS terms.
How long we keep it
We keep customer records while you’re a customer and for as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons afterwards. If you send a request and don’t become a customer, you can ask us to delete it.
Your choices
