We keep our routes close to Moon Valley, so your day doesn’t jump around. Same tech too, whenever we can.

A text when we’re headed over, and a report with readings and photos when we’re done.
Written quotes before we start
Repairs and bigger jobs get a written quote first. Nothing happens until you say yes.
Straight answers
We’ll tell you what’s wrong, what it costs, and whether it can wait.
No contract
Weekly service is month to month. If you want to stop, just tell us.
Pay and check visits online
See past visits and pay your bill in the customer portal. You can turn on autopay there too.
We clean up after ourselves
Lids back on, deck rinsed off, gate latched when we leave.

Service, repairs and quotes all go through (623) 451-4467. Call or text.
Questions we get a lot
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Weekly service is month to month. If you need to stop, just let us know.
Will the same person service my pool?
We route by area so your pool keeps the same service day, and the same technician wherever we can. Your on-the-way text always says who’s coming.
What happens if something is broken?
We note it in your service report and tell you. Repairs are quoted in writing, and nothing is done until you approve it.
How do I pay?
You can see and pay invoices online in the customer portal, and turn on automatic payments there if you’d like.
Do you look after salt pools?
Yes. We check the salt level and the cell on a schedule, and clean the cell when it scales up.
My pool is green. Will you still take it on?
Yes. We quote the cleanup first, bring the water back, and then you can move onto weekly service.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need access to the yard and the equipment. We’ll go over gates, codes and pets when we set up your service, so please don’t put gate codes in the website form.
Do you cover my area?
We cover Phoenix, Scottsdale and Cave Creek, including the suburbs around them: Paradise Valley, Carefree, Anthem and Desert Hills. If you’re near the edge, text us your cross streets.
